Holland Marie Roden was an American actress best known for the role of Lydia Martin she played on MTV's Teen Wolf, which featured teen drama. Additionally she acted as Zoe Woods as part of Syfy's horror show "Channel Zero Butcher's Block". Her home was Dallas, Texas with her siblings, parents and grandparents. Holland Roden graduated from Hockaday School, a girls' private school. Her family comes from a medical background, which is why her parents participate in UCLA women's studies and molecular biology. Holland Roden did pre-medical studies at one point because she had a desire to be a cardiothoracic surgeon. She later decided to focus on acting. Holland Roden has made a career in film and television. Her work has been recognized with numerous honors, awards, nominations and recognitions for her performance. In 2008, Emily Locke appeared as her character in "Lost". In addition, she was a part of "Bring It On: Fight to the Finish". From 2008 to 2010, Holland Roden gave guest appearances in television shows, like Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Case, Weeds, among many more. Beginning in 2011, Holland Roden worked in the MTV's drama for teens called "Teen Wolf" in which she appeared in the role of Lydia Martin for which she was praised greatly. She was praised by viewers for her stellar performance in various television and film shows.
